EDITORIAL

I started jumping in July 1972.  I have been on many exhibition teams and love to do RW and CRW.  I am currently jumping at SWOOP (South Western Ontario Organization of Parachutists).  While I was jumping at STI(skydiving school of Toronto) I was lucky enough to be on the first ever skydive load from a Dash 8 demonstrating that it was possible. Being a pilot myself I thought this was great. I also had the privilege to be the tandem master for Shania Twain.

I filled in for a RW 4 way scrambles at a POP meet when I was 38 and 39. I could not wait to became a POP and sent my form in on the same day I turned forty. I have been to many POP meets and always have a good time. I have now also organized a few myself as TOP POP! Having helped Bernie Larkin for the last few years of his role as TOP POP, hosting the webpage, and at the POPs national in 2007, I was honoured when asked to be the next TOP POP and looked forward to new challenge.
